REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate or diploma of AFP training as a care and support assistant or equivalent diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the care field.
  • Experience with people with physical disabilities and/or brain injuries is a plus.

ROLE PURPOSE

  • Provide basic care, follow-up and therapeutic monitoring of people with disabilities and associated pathologies, with a holistic approach centred on their needs and quality of life.
  • Support residents in daily life activities by promoting the maintenance, development and enhancement of their abilities, functional autonomy and empowerment.
  • Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of personalised projects, ensuring respect for the wishes and objectives defined by each resident.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised socio-educational support aimed at fostering inclusion, expression of choices, self-determination and social participation of residents.
  • Contribute to achieving institutional objectives and continuous improvement of support quality, favouring a multidisciplinary and person-centred approach.
