Who are we? ARAS Prilly-Echallens is the association of the 41 municipalities of North Lausanne. We form a local service platform, supporting the population in the areas of social integration income (RI) and social insurance.
As part of the development of our Regional Social Centre (CSR), we are looking for a
Administrative Team Manager 80% Permanent Contract
based mainly in Prilly (with regular presence in Echallens).
Your mission: Ensure fairness and quality of the financial benefits of the Social Integration Income (RI). Your role is to maintain a balance between the management rigour required by cantonal standards and a humane, caring and respectful approach towards our users.
Your main responsibilities:
Team leadership and management
- Lead, coach and motivate the GSA team at the Prilly site;
- Promote cross-professional collaboration and harmonisation of practices between sites;
- Support the Management in the strategic missions of the association.
Technical expertise and file validation
- Ensure compliance of RI files (subsidiarity analysis, rights calculation, end of rights) according to current standards;
- Validate and sign letters, forms and decisions produced by the team;
- Supervise cash management and authorise advances;
- Conduct thorough file reviews and ensure follow-up on anomalies.
Operational management
- Organise and supervise the execution of RI payments;
- Monitor and oversee corrective actions;
- Act as a point of reference for resolving emergency and crisis situations on site.
Your profile:
Education: Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent) and Federal Certificate in social insurance (or commitment to obtain it quickly). Continuing education in team management is required.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of practice in social work, including at least 2 years in a team management position.
Skills:
- Mastery of Social Integration Income (RI) standards and procedures.
- Excellent numerical skills and rigorous administrative management.
- Proficiency in office tools and specific professional software.
Personal qualities:
- Natural leadership: ability to unite, guide and develop your team’s skills.
- Organisational skills, synthesis ability and strong capacity to identify priorities.
- Easy communication (oral and written) and great discretion.
- Solution-oriented, committed and flexible in the face of unforeseen events.
