Our client is a fine independent company specialising in expertise, advice and management of occupational pension institutions for Swiss and international companies.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the Occupational Pension Scheme Management department;
• Autonomous management of active insured members and beneficiaries and processing of changes;
• Compilation, processing and monitoring of files (EPL, divorce, pension beneficiaries, etc.);
• Handling individual cases of retirement, death, etc.;
• Drafting correspondence;
• Advising clients, insured persons, beneficiaries and third parties by telephone and email;
• Processing payments, possibly entering accounting entries;
• Participation in the preparation of management reports and the compilation of statistics;
• Checking work done by colleagues, providing support in case of questions;
• Client and management reporting;
• Liaison with other internal departments;
• Participation in the daily life of the office.

Candidate Profile

• Training in occupational pension schemes;
• Federal diploma as a pension fund manager or federal certificate as a specialist in employee benefits is an advantage;
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in LPP management in Switzerland;
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office);
• Bilingual French / German;
• Knowledge of English is an advantage;
• Person capable of working independently, precisely and conscientiously;
• Good writing skills;
• Initiative and interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate discretion and team spirit.
