As a Manager reporting to the Executive Board, you take responsibility for the Property Management department of an organization committed to public utility housing. You ensure its management, development, and evolution, while supervising a team of experts and supporting the growth of the Property Management department.As a key player in public utility housing in French-speaking Switzerland, the Société Coopérative d'Habitation Lausanne (SCHL) is committed to a sustainable mission, serving high-quality housing. Within the framework of the evolution of its management model and its development ambitions, the SCHL has mandated us exclusively for the recruitment of a Head of Property Management to take responsibility for the department and support its development.Missions and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Executive Board, your main responsibilities are:- Manage the Property Management department, composed of approximately twenty people (Property Managers, Property Management Assistants, and support functions): Supervision, skills development.- Ensure the proper management of the SCHL real estate portfolio (approximately 150 buildings - subsidized housing and free market).- Ensure the steering and management of the department.- Define and monitor the department's budget, in collaboration with the Finance Department.- Research and acquire new property management mandates for buildings or non-profit organizations.- Maintain regular contacts with all partners, professional circles (ARMOUP, USPI, ASLOCA, etc.), other cooperatives, private or public organizations (OFL and CCL), cantonal and municipal services, and political figures active in the housing sector.- Organize and lead team meetings.- Ensure the quality and consistency of services delivered.- Participate in the structural decisions of the organization.Profile SoughtBeyond technical skills, the SCHL is looking for a personality capable of carrying a vision and uniting teams.
