Profile:
- Higher education in luxury hospitality
- Proven experience in reception within a 5-star establishment
- Strong experience in Food & Beverage (restaurant, catering or high-end room service)
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- Keen sense of service and high-end client relations
- Proficient in IT tools (MS Office)
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent French and English essential
- Residence in Switzerland required (B or C permit)

- Welcome demanding clients with professionalism and discretion
- Manage salon reservations and optimise their scheduling
- Write and coordinate menu proposals with internal teams
- Ensure accurate transmission of information to kitchen and service teams
- Supervise the setup of salons, including technical aspects
- Carry out administrative tasks related to the activity (confirmations, occupancy tracking, etc.)
- Occasionally participate in welcoming and serving at exceptional events
