One of our clients, a well-known company in the region, is looking to strengthen its management team with a:

Executive Assistant M/F

Permanent contract, 80% to 100%
Start date: immediately or to be agreed (no later than October 2026)
Fribourg area


Would you like to hold a central role within a dynamic company and provide direct support to management in handling daily activities? Do you appreciate demanding environments, varied responsibilities, and tasks requiring autonomy, rigour, and foresight? >>> Responsibilities:

  • Ensure coordination and follow-up of all administrative activities of the management.
  • Organise, prioritise and monitor information flows, correspondence, emails and the diary independently.
  • Serve as a reliable and effective interface between management and internal and external contacts.
  • Anticipate needs and propose suitable solutions for different situations.
  • Manage certain specific files and projects autonomously.
  • Draft minutes of meetings, ensure follow-up of decisions and coordinate their implementation.
  • Prepare presentations and produce reports based on data and results analysis.


>>> Profile sought:

  • Commercial training or equivalent; a federal diploma as an executive assistant would be an asset (the company can also support you if you wish to obtain the qualification)
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
  • Excellent command of French, with impeccable spelling
  • Very good knowledge of IT tools and MS Office
  • Ability to anticipate, initiative and excellent priority management
  • High discretion, sense of confidentiality and reliability
