All-Branches Insurance Manager
What you will do
- Manage relationships with private and corporate clients: analysis, contract monitoring, claims management
- Coordinate tenders and renewals via our digital platform
- Contribute to the quality of follow-up and customer satisfaction within a small team
Your profile
Required:
- Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Insurance or AFA certification
- Proven experience in all-branches insurance management
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Fluent French
Appreciated:
- Federal certificates or advanced training in insurance / pension
- Knowledge of social insurance law
- German or English
- Experience in a brokerage firm
