Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours, switching to 2-shift system within one to two years.
5-Axis Setter Mechanic (m/f)
Desired profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in mechanics or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in grinding, lapping and CNC satin finishing in the watchmaking field = an asset
- Knowledge of programming (Gibbs = an asset)
- Mastery of control equipment and plan reading
- Proven experience in machining: turning and milling
- Rigorous, organised person with a good team spirit
- Perform setups and adjustments on 3-axis Index and 5-axis K5 CNC machining centres and ensure their follow-up
- Perform setups and adjustments on 3-axis and 5-axis Recomatic CNC preparation machines and ensure their follow-up
- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
- Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators
