On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
CNC Setter Mechanic - 5-Axis Grinding Machines M/F
- Basic training in polishing and general mechanics
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry
- Proficiency in CNC grinding, reading plans and control tools
- Rigour, professional awareness, and a strong sense of quality
- Team spirit and commitment to collective success

- Operation and maintenance of 5-axis CNC grinding machines (Crevoisier C400B, RecoMatic CT501)
- Production adjustments and start-up of series
- Reading technical plans and strict adherence to manufacturing instructions and processes
- Loading parts and monitoring production
- Dimensional control of parts using measuring instruments (profile projector, micrometre)
- Reporting non-conformities and participating in product quality
- Surface preparation on BULA machine, including adjustment, start-up and quality monitoring
- Performing self-checks according to internal procedures
