You will join the existing team to independently conduct judicial proceedings and provide legal advice to clients.Missions:- Represent and defend clients in judicial proceedings.- Advise and assist clients on legal matters.- Draft commercial contracts, briefs, and other legal documents with a high degree of quality.- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide opinions in the context of dispute resolution proceedings.- Contribute to the development of the firm's expertise.Profile:- Master's degree in Swiss law and bar admission.- Experience in real estate law and/or commercial law is an asset.- Excellent academic and professional references.- Perfect command of French; very good command of German and English.
