Main Responsibilities

As a member of the Customer Solution service, you will be a key contact point for customers and various internal departments:

• Reception and handling of incoming telephone calls
• Analysis and follow-up of customer requests as well as internal services
• Management of incoming and outgoing emails
• Reception duties and occasional welcoming
• Coordination of information between different departments

Desired Profile

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
• Proven experience in a similar position (contact centre, reception, customer service)
• Very good command of office tools (Excel, Word)
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Autonomy, while appreciating teamwork
• Flexibility to work some Saturdays on a rota basis
• Availability for extended hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm + late shifts according to store schedule)

Essential Language Skills

• French (native speaker or very good level)
• Swiss German (spoken and written)
• English (spoken and written)
