We are looking on behalf of one of our clients – a recognised player in the high-end retail sector in Switzerland – for a Telephone Operator / Customer Solution Employee on a 100% permanent contract, based in the Geneva region.
Telephone Operator
Main Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Solution service, you will be a key contact point for customers and various internal departments:
- Reception and handling of incoming telephone calls
- Analysis and follow-up of customer requests as well as internal services
- Management of incoming and outgoing emails
- Reception duties and occasional welcoming
- Coordination of information between different departments
Desired Profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Proven experience in a similar position (contact centre, reception, customer service)
- Very good command of office tools (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Autonomy, while appreciating teamwork
- Flexibility to work some Saturdays on a rota basis
- Availability for extended hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm + late shifts according to store schedule)
Essential Language Skills
- French (native speaker or very good level)
- Swiss German (spoken and written)
- English (spoken and written)
