Your mission
We are looking for our client, a Receptionist / Versatile Assistant (M/F).
Our client is a Geneva-based group wishing to recruit a true ambassador of the company’s image, to ensure the smooth running of reception while actively contributing to the administrative and logistical organisation of the site.
In a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, you play a key role in coordinating general services and supporting the teams.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure the physical reception of visitors, clients and partners
- Manage access and direct people within the premises
- Guarantee a professional and warm reception experience
- Ensure the smooth flow of visitors and compliance with internal procedures
- Coordinate bookings of rooms and meeting spaces
- Prepare and maintain spaces to guarantee their availability and quality of use.
- Participate in organising meetings and internal events
- Manage the telephone switchboard and handle incoming requests.
- Participate in various administrative tasks supporting the teams
- Ensure the proper functioning of the site’s logistical services
- Manage orders for supplies and consumables
- Contribute to the quality of the working environment and the smooth running of common areas
Your profile
- Commercial, administrative or hospitality training
- Successful experience in reception, administrative assistance, office management or a similar role
- Excellent presentation and developed sense of service
- Very good organisational skills and priority management
- Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
- Proficiency in common office software
- Impeccable French; English, Portuguese and Spanish are assets
- Dynamic / cheerful
