The FTI, Foundation for Industrial Sites of Geneva, manages all the industrial perimeters of the canton. As a public law foundation, it ensures the support of company installations in the canton’s industrial zones. Within the framework of the canton’s economic strategy, it aligns the supply of spaces with the demand from eligible companies in industrial zones, while developing the necessary infrastructure to meet companies’ needs in terms of mobility and environmental management.

Its action also aims to sustainably develop the industrial zones notably by:

  • Creating synergies between public actors, property developers and companies, being at the heart of the transformation of industrial activities in Geneva.
  • Ensuring the provision of spaces to industrial and craft companies at competitive prices, respecting current legislation and guaranteeing a good diversity of the economic fabric.
  • Leading the transformation of industrial zones to reconcile economic activity with its environment, offering a quality and sustainable living environment.

In this context, it owns or manages on behalf of others land and buildings intended for industrial and craft use.

To strengthen the management team and the property management service, we are looking for a new position for a



Real Estate Administrative Manager



Your mission :

  • Establish and ensure the follow-up of contracts, amendments, agreements and contractual documents, in coordination with property managers
  • Ensure rigorous administrative follow-up of the portfolio (land and buildings) as well as tenants, guaranteeing the completeness and traceability of files
  • Enter and update data in IT tools (I10, Terra) and ensure the reliability of information
  • Receive, process and respond to letters and emails, as well as maintain structured follow-up (reporting, reminders, exchange history) in close collaboration with the CRM client and prospect manager
  • Proactively manage contractual deadlines (terminations, renewals, deadlines), including reminders and follow-up of actions to be taken
  • Interact regularly with various stakeholders to coordinate and, if necessary, postpone or adapt contractual deadlines, in connection with ongoing projects
  • Provide administrative support to the two property portfolio managers and the head of service, notably in preparing files, monitoring items and coordinating information
  • Ensure data and file consistency between internal management and external agencies, consolidating and controlling received information
  • Participate in the production and updating of dashboards (rental status, deadlines, vacancies, contract monitoring)
  • Play a central role in administrative coordination, involving regular interactions with internal teams, tenants, property agencies and partners.

Your profile :

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position, and experience in property management.
  • Holder of the federal real estate manager certificate or equivalent (an asset for the position)
  • Excellent writing and organisational skills.
  • Interest in data management systems and their analysis.
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Autonomy, analytical ability and proactivity.
  • Enjoy working in a team, property management and possess a client-oriented and attentive character.
