For one of our clients, a recognised foundation active in supporting elderly people in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for a qualified Nurse for a long-term assignment with a fixed-term contract.
Nurse at 80-100% in a care home, permanent position
Your mission:
- Ensure comprehensive care of residents in accordance with good professional practices.
- Guarantee the quality and safety of care.
- Participate in the assessment of residents' health status and the development of care plans.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure administrative follow-up and traceability of care.
Required skills:
- Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland or Swiss Red Cross recognition obtained.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a care home essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility.
- Team spirit and autonomy.
- Availability to start quickly.
