Responsibilities

• Train apprentices in conventional and CNC mechanics
• Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools
• Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices
• Support trainees in the promotion of industrial trades
• Participate in the development of training programmes and update course materials
• Regularly monitor and assess acquired knowledge and skills
• Inform the training manager about the progress of the training provided
• Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skills

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent qualification
• Experience in apprentice training
• Certificate as an auxiliary trainer and company trainer, or willingness to undertake training
• Ability to put interlocutors at ease, especially the younger generation, and to provide feedback
• Good pedagogue, eager to share knowledge enthusiastically and open to self-reflection
• Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships
• Fluency in French and German (spoken and written)
