Our client, a major company active in the luxury sector, is looking for a mechanic.Responsibilities- Train apprentices in conventional and CNC mechanics- Identify needs and lead training sessions using tools for inter-company courses for apprentices- Support interns in the context of promoting industrial professions- Participate in the development of and update course materials- Regularly check and evaluate acquired knowledge and skills- Inform the manager of the progress of the training provided- Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skillsProfile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a polymechanic or equivalent title- Experience in the training of apprentices as a secondary activity and in a company, or willing to follow the necessary training- Ability to put interlocutors at ease, particularly with young people, and to provide feedback- Good pedagogue, inclined to transmit knowledge with enthusiasm and to question oneself- Ability to create and maintain working relationships based on trust- Proficiency in French and German (oral and written) jid59e1f34aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
