Your mission

• Supervise and manage all tasks related to site management for phases SIA 4.32 / 4.41 / 4.51 – 4.52 – 4.53, respecting project deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare and monitor requests for offers and tenders.
• Lead and coordinate agents, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Study and check plans (civil engineering and agents) and compare with the building permit.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site.
• Maintain smooth communication with the client(s), architect(s), agent(s), and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare additional quotes and client invoices, monitor variations and guarantees.
• Support clients in both technical choices and finishing selections.

Your skills

• You hold an ES technician diploma, a degree from EPF/HES in construction, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have similar experience within a general construction company in Switzerland.
• Your analytical mind and organisational skills enable you to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
• You express yourself fluently in French, both spoken and written.
• You work independently and demonstrate dynamism and flexibility.
• You master construction management software (Messerli, MS Project), are comfortable with document management systems (M-Files), and MS Office (mainly Word and Excel).
• You enjoy teamwork and are at ease in interpersonal contacts.
