- Organisation, planning and monitoring of heating sites
- Supervision and coordination of teams on site
- Reading and interpretation of plans and technical diagrams
- Technical monitoring and quality control of installations
- Compliance with Swiss safety standards and regulations
- Management of site material supply
- Main interface with management, clients and teams
- Monitoring work progress and meeting deadlines
- Organisation and management of technical documents related to the site
EXPECTED PROFILE
- Training in heating (CFC, equivalent or higher diploma)
- Proven and significant experience in Switzerland as a heating site manager
- Excellent knowledge of heating installations (heat pumps, boilers, etc.)
- Ability to manage a team and make decisions
- Good command of IT and technical tools
- Organisational skills, autonomy and rigour
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Driving licence required
