Your mission

You will be responsible for the fiduciary and accounting management of a client portfolio, with great autonomy and an active role in developing their services.

Main tasks

Accounting management

• Downloading bank statements
• Cash management, sale of Euros, CAT investment
• Downloading and allocation of invoices
• Verification and second approval of payments
• Monitoring confidential creditor invoices
• Monitoring disputed debtor invoices
• Allocation and entry of general accounting
• Preparation and accounting of payments related to general accounting
• Preparation and accounting of VAT returns
• Preparation of the closing in collaboration with the Finance Manager
• Maintaining the accounting of the company’s subsidiaries
• Monitoring credit insurance
• Preparation of various monitoring tables for Management
• Preparation of various statistics
• Various administrative tasks related to the service

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, HEG diploma or fiduciary agent (or in the process of obtaining)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Organisation, rigour, respect for deadlines and adaptability
