In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main contact for your client portfolio and ensure reliable, compliant, and solution-oriented accounting.
As a Fiduciary Accountant, you will be responsible for the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.
Your main tasks:
- Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.
- Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and account monitoring.
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad hoc analyses.
- Process supplier invoices and execute payments.
- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Carry out VAT calculations and ensure tax declarations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to files and maintain regular, high-quality client relationships.
- Participate in the continuous optimisation of internal processes and their digitalisation.
- Contribute to team support and cross-functional collaboration within the fiduciary.
Profile sought
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).
- Strong customer service orientation, able to advise and proactively support SMEs.
- Excellent command of French, good level of English; German is a significant asset.
- Versatility, very good organisation, priority management, sense of confidentiality and high level of integrity.
