We are looking, for our client located in Lausanne, for a :
360° Property Manager and PPE 80%-100%
Responsibilities :
- Administrative and technical management of co-ownerships and a real estate portfolio
- Conducting meetings
- Providing information to owners
- Handling rent decreases and increases
- Handling terminations and lettings
- Carrying out viewings, preliminary viewings and inventory of fixtures
- Technical monitoring of maintenance works and renovation
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules
- Possibility to have a portfolio exclusively of PPE if desired
Profile :
- 30 - 50 years old
- Commercial employee CFC, profile or title considered equivalent
- Federal diploma of property manager (= an asset)
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience as a PPE manager
- Very good knowledge of tenancy law and PPE regulations
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Start date to be agreed
