Your Responsibilities

• Carry out manual finishing work on external watch parts, including bracelets, buckles and clasps
• Apply various surface treatments according to required standards: polishing, satin finishing and final brightening
• Prepare components upstream, including rough finishing and surface cleaning
• Select and adjust methods and tools according to the materials used (steel, gold, titanium, platinum)
• Handle and maintain polishing equipment in good condition: discs, brushes, felts and abrasive compounds
• Ensure aesthetic conformity and dimensions of parts by respecting shapes, angles and finishes
• Perform visual and dimensional checks to guarantee compliance with quality criteria
• Contribute to the optimisation of polishing techniques in terms of performance, quality and working conditions

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in polishing watch parts, ideally on bracelets, buckles and clasps
• Good command of finishing techniques such as polishing, satin finishing and brightening
• Attention to detail and particular care for the visual aspect of parts
• Manual dexterity, precision and care in carrying out the work
• Knowledge of the main materials used in watchmaking (steel, gold, titanium, platinum)
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and aligned with values such as respect, responsibility and quality of work
• Flexible and able to adapt to a production environment
