For a permanent position (CDI) with a high-end watch manufacturer based in Geneva, we are looking for:Polisher / Finisher in watch casingPerform polishing and finishing of high-end watch case componentsMISSION DESCRIPTION- Prepare surfaces and apply finishes.- Perform complete finishing: polishing, buffing, felt polishing, table lapping, and intermediate steps.- Ensure aesthetic quality control.PROFILE- Holder of a qualification in Watch Casing Finishing or equivalent.- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in finishing high-end watch cases.- Mastery of polishing on gold and steel cases.- Mastery of case polishing techniques.- Habit of self-inspection, particularly regarding aesthetics.- Sincerity, rigor, versatility, dynamism, team spirit, autonomy. jidb158282aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
