For a permanent position with one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a:Movement Designer - Project ManagerManage mechanical movement development projects, with or without complications, with full autonomy.Movement Designer - Project ManagerMISSION DESCRIPTIONDevelopment and construction of watch movements.Definition of technical solutions meeting functional, aesthetic, and industrial constraints.Creation of 3D designs and technical drawings.Participation in prototyping, development, and technical monitoring of production.Validation of technical solutions through calculations and simulations.Creation of innovative, bold, and reliable watch concepts.PROFILEMicrotechnology or mechanical engineering degree (EPF / HES or equivalent).Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in watch construction.Confirmed experience in the development of movements with complications.Mastery of CAD software, ideally Inventor.Knowledge of finite element analysis.Ability to develop technical solutions while taking into account industrialization and assembly constraints.Technical expertise, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and analytical mind.Rigor and ability to manage one's schedule autonomously. jidc7cc8c7aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
