Job requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent training (essential). Proven experience in industrialisation within an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and product industrialisation. Skills in project management, planning and risk analysis. Autonomy, leadership and ability to unite a team. Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Office Suite). Analytical mind and ability to effectively solve technical issues.
