As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are recruiting a:
HR Specialist (100%) - 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: Lausanne (Route de Chavannes 31) + some travel within the canton
Start date: Immediately or to be agreed

Your key responsibilities
Advise and support managers on good HR practices (public/private labour law)
Manage complex situations: conflicts, disciplinary measures, dismissals
Oversee the HR lifecycle of employees: monitoring evaluations, work certificates, etc.
Coordinate absence management in collaboration with our Care Manager
Contribute to innovative HR projects that evolve our organisation
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences with a specialisation in HR or equivalent training
Excellent listening, pedagogical and communication skills (oral & written)
Sense of confidentiality, rigour, and collaborative leadership
Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law (public and private)
Comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment

The recruitment process in 2 steps:
1. Interview with your future manager and the head of the HR unit.
2. Practical test to showcase your skills.
At the end of the process: request for a criminal record extract, special extract and debt enforcement office certificate (blank documents required).
