MISSION DESCRIPTION

Your main tasks will be

  • Answer all staff questions/requests related to human resources, follow up on various sickness and accident cases (reporting and case management),
  • Manage family allowances,
  • Prepare data for variable salaries,
  • Keep personnel files up to date,
  • Manage time tracking (missed clock-ins, absences, holidays, etc.),
  • Organise birthdays and other miscellaneous tasks.

EXPECTED PROFILE

The ideal profile:

  • Commercial Federal VET Diploma and HR Assistant Certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR department
  • Comfortable with common IT tools (MS Office) and knowledge of Mobatime is a big plus.
  • Very good command of French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good listening abilities.
  • Autonomy, initiative and rigour are important assets
  • And of course, great discretion and confidentiality.
