-Care assistant qualification completed by training in psychogeriatrics or dementia.
-Significant experience in a protected unit (UVP) or specialised environment.
-Fluency in French (German is a plus for the Fribourg area).
-Calm, patient and excellent listening skills.
-Commitment to respectful care that preserves dignity.
-Specific support for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s or related disorders.
-Implementation of non-pharmacological approaches and adapted communication techniques.
-Management of behavioural disorders with patience and professionalism.
-Multidisciplinary collaboration for the resident’s life project.
-Psychological support and maintenance of a safe environment.
