Our client, a recognised player in building technologies, is looking for a Heating Works Project Manager to lead thermal installation projects in the canton of Geneva.
Heating Works Project Manager
Your tasks
- Manage heating projects from study to handover.
- Prepare offers, cost estimates and financial monitoring.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure technical follow-up, respect of deadlines and quality.
- Participate in site meetings and maintain client relations.
Your profile
- Technical training in heating, HVAC or building energy.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in heating project management in Switzerland.
- Good technical knowledge of hydraulics and thermal installations.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Autonomy, organisational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
