Head of Real Estate Administration & Management (m/f/d)

What you will accomplish

  • Functional and hierarchical management of the administrative unit (planning, coordination, support and skills development)
  • Ensuring efficient and harmonised administration for: Construction and technical projects: management of project documentation, contracts, organisation and follow-up of meetings, support for controlling, archiving
  • Ensuring efficient and harmonised administration for: Property management: management of contractual data and objects, portfolio monitoring, reporting and KPI indicators
  • Ensuring efficient and harmonised administration for: Facility Management: contract management, CMMS/ticketing, planning of maintenance and regulatory inspections, analyses and reports
  • Harmonisation, optimisation and digitalisation of administrative processes, documentation, templates and tools
  • Implementation, monitoring and development of dashboards, reports and performance indicators for management
  • Close collaboration with project managers, real estate and FM managers, as well as internal interfaces (finance, HR, IT, purchasing)
  • Active participation and co-responsibility within the management of the Real Estate department

What you bring

  • Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, Business School)
  • Specialisation: University degree in business administration, economics or equivalent training (Bachelor or Master)
  • Professional experience: Proven experience in a demanding administrative or operational management role, ideally in construction, real estate or Facility Management
  • Proven team leadership experience and strong interest in continuous development of people and processes
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office; an advantage: CMMS/ticketing, real estate software, SAP, Messerli)
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills, conceptual thinking, service orientation and pragmatism in implementation
  • Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanour in decision-making bodies
  • French (B1)
  • German (B1)
