As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to express your culinary creativity in a renowned establishment. Your responsibilities will include managing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality service in a high-volume Brasserie.
You will be responsible for:

  • Designing innovative and balanced menus that will delight customers with the richness of flavours and the quality of the ingredients used.
  • Supervising, coordinating and managing a dynamic team during preparation and service, ensuring smooth communication among members while maintaining a positive working atmosphere.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards by monitoring the implementation of appropriate procedures.
  • Managing the supply of raw materials, negotiating with suppliers to guarantee freshness and the best value for money of products.
  • Analysing financial results and contributing to cost optimisation while preserving service excellence.
