Located in Yvorne, La BadouxThèque is a warm and friendly place where a passion for wine meets the pleasures of the table. Part of the Schenk Family Suisse group, La BadouxThèque offers both a wine bar with a selection of around one hundred references to enjoy in a cosy atmosphere, ideal for sharing a moment with friends or colleagues, as well as a gourmet dining offer highlighting seasonal cuisine crafted from local products.

To continue developing our culinary offer, we are looking for a:



Head Chef



Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure culinary production for lunch and dinner services independently.
  • Develop and renew varied daily specials as well as a gourmet and seasonal menu, prioritising local and quality products.
  • Develop and coordinate the catering activity by offering services adapted to clients’ needs and events.
  • Guarantee the quality of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and coordinate the operational functioning of the establishment and its team, ensuring excellence in the service provided.
  • Supervise the front-of-house team and participate in the financial management of the establishment (budget, orders, costs, and stock).
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).

Your profile:

  • You hold a recognised CFC chef qualification or an equivalent certification.
  • You have solid experience in the operational management of a catering establishment as well as in team supervision.
  • Creative and passionate, you know how to develop a gourmet, attractive culinary offer adapted to customer expectations.
  • Dynamic and committed, you appreciate teamwork and enjoy taking on new challenges daily.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service, you actively contribute to the development and reputation of the establishment.
  • Organised, autonomous, and rigorous, you know how to anticipate needs and manage priorities efficiently.
  • A perfect command of French (minimum C1) is essential.
