Our client, a recognised trust company in Geneva composed of around twenty collaborators, is looking for a Trust Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of Swiss SMEs and support its clients with their accounting, tax and administrative challenges.

About the role
As a Trust Accountant, you independently manage all accounting operations for your clients. A true trusted partner, you ensure rigorous follow-up while providing close advice.
Tasks
- Accounting and review for a portfolio of Swiss SMEs
- Ensure the maintenance and review of accounts
- Control and record routine entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Prepare and check VAT returns
- Manage salaries and declarations to social insurance
- Perform bank reconciliations and closing entries
- Support and advise clients on their accounting and administrative issues
We are looking for
- Experience in a trust company in Switzerland
- Knowledge of the full accounting cycle up to closing
- Strong knowledge of VAT and payroll management
- A good level of English (minimum B2)
- An autonomous, rigorous and client-oriented person
