Your main tasks

• Manage a client portfolio independently and ensure personalised follow-up
• Ensure complete bookkeeping up to closing
• Prepare financial statements and participate in closing preparations
• Manage tax declarations for individuals and legal entities
• Handle payroll and various social declarations
• Advise and support clients on common accounting and tax matters
• Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes

Profile sought

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Swiss trust company (mandatory)
• Proven experience in 360° management: accounting, taxation and payroll
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss trust environment
• Autonomous person, able to manage files with rigour and organisation
• Proactive profile, eager to take initiatives and decisions
• Service-oriented and excellent client relationship skills
• Team spirit and desire to grow within a collaborative structure
