Your mission:
We are seeking a Multiskilled Mechanic or Micromechanic (M/F) whose main tasks will be:
Managing a CNC machine park
Following manufacturing instructions and procedures to ensure daily production complies with quality requirements and productivity objectives
Loading and unloading machines
Changeover and priority management
Production monitoring, adherence to control frequencies
Ensuring aesthetic and dimensional checks according to defined criteria
Entering production tracking data into computer systems to guarantee traceability
Your profile:
Education
Diploma in mechanics: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as multiskilled mechanic or equivalent
Experience in milling preferred, ideally in machining watch components
Professional skills:
Essential knowledge of CNC milling
Sensitivity to aesthetic criteria
Comfortable with IT tools
Personal skills:
Team player with good communication skills, able to work in a cell environment
Committed and proactive, able to make suggestions
Dynamic, with good analytical skills and adaptability
Methodical, conscientious and rigorous
Good visual acuity
