On behalf of one of our clients, an industrial company specialised in the manufacture of high-precision parts and located in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for an experienced CNC Multiskilled Mechanic, specialised in 3 to 5 axis milling and/or CNC turning, with skills in CAM programming (Mastercam).
- Carry out 3 to 5 axis milling and turning of single parts and small series on CNC machines
- Program, set up and optimise machining via CAM (Mastercam)
- Check the quality and conformity of the produced parts
- Respect production deadlines and quality standards
- Maintain production equipment and tooling
- Participate in the continuous improvement of machining processes
Job requirements:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Multiskilled Mechanic or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in machining, CNC milling and/or CNC turning
- Proficiency in CAM programming software (Mastercam) is an asset
- Excellent skills in reading plans and dimensional control
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to work independently, proactively and rigorously
- Quality-oriented and deadline-conscious
- Shift schedule 2X8 from Monday to Friday (5:00 am to 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm)
