We are currently mandated by our client, a high-end hotel located in the resort of Zermatt in Valais, to recruit a dynamic and committed professional who will hold the position of

You will oversee all individual and group reservations through various distribution channels, ensuring optimisation of availability, rates and occupancy. You will guarantee data accuracy as well as adherence to the quality and service standards specific to the establishment.

In close collaboration with the Front Office, Sales, Events and Revenue Management teams, you will ensure smooth communication and effective coordination of daily operations. You will also be responsible for supervising, training and supporting the reservations team to maintain a high level of performance and commitment.

Your role will also involve managing complex requests, VIP clients and any complaints with professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and department performance, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and internal processes.

You have a hotel management education or equivalent experience and proven experience in a similar role within a high-end or luxury hotel. You have excellent knowledge of reservation operations as well as the main PMS and CRS tools.

With excellent organisational and analytical skills, you are recognised for your natural leadership, ability to unite teams and strong sense of service quality. You demonstrate rigour, responsiveness and a genuine solution-oriented approach in your work.

You are fluent in French and English; any other language is a real asset. Your proactive, structured personality and customer satisfaction focus allow you to thrive in demanding and multicultural environments.
