MISSION DESCRIPTION

• You will participate in the development and implementation of the therapeutic project, in close collaboration with the patient and a multidisciplinary team.
• Apply your technical and interpersonal skills.
• Respect the hygiene and asepsis rules in force.
• Provide patients with quality care while respecting safety and comfort rules.
• Actively contribute to the positive dynamics of the care service.

EXPECTED PROFILE

• You hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent with mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition.
• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting.
• You are a professional who listens, shows empathy and has a team spirit. Calm by nature, you are comfortable with various care situations and emergencies.
• The caregiver/patient relationship is at the heart of your care approach.
• Dynamic, you are fully available (day/night/weekends).
