The Human Resources department is offering a position of



HR Manager - Permanent Full-Time


Your mission

Attached to the Administrative and Technical Personnel Management unit, you are the primary contact for employees for all questions related to payroll, social insurance, time and absence management, as well as HR administrative procedures. You ensure the proper application of processes and guarantee quality support, in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal provisions.

Your main responsibilities

  • Administer, execute and control HR financial flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments (salaries, external transfers, etc.), in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks,
  • welcome, listen to, inform, guide internal or external clients and manage the resulting information,
  • manage social insurances and taxes, consolidating contributions and deductions (AHV, BVG, unemployment, SUVA, withholding tax, etc.) and ensuring their payment to the relevant organisations,
  • produce annual statements, withholding tax certificates and salary certificates for all employees,
  • ensure the recording of working time and the processing of requests related to time and absence management, in collaboration with decentralised time managers and relevant units,
  • manage and update individual employee data in HR systems (SAP), including personal, contractual, salary and administrative information,
  • guarantee the quality, consistency and reliability of HR data and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes,
  • develop and update dashboards, statistics and monitoring tools necessary for the service’s activity,
  • ensure close collaboration with the various company units to guarantee the smooth functioning of HR processes and the flow of information.

Your profile

  • Commercial Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification,
  • Human Resources Manager certificate or equivalent qualification,
  • minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR role, in Payroll or social insurance fields,
  • proficiency in MS Office tools and good knowledge of SAP-HR, SuccessFactors and/or equivalent HR tools,
  • excellent writing skills and ease in handling confidential information,
  • organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several files simultaneously,
  • autonomy, initiative and respect for deadlines,
  • very good interpersonal skills, service orientation and client focus,
  • team spirit, discretion and sense of responsibility.
