For our client, based in Geneva, we are actively seeking a full-time Customer Care Officer
Your mission:
-Manage customer orders from start to finish until shipment
-Be the primary contact for customers and build a relationship of trust
-Respond to requests, handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
-Manage order changes, customer returns and disputes
-Collaborate daily with sales, logistics and planning teams
-Communicate effectively and adapt communication style according to urgency
-Participate in demand planning meetings
-Identify areas for improvement and participate in optimisation projects
-Contribute to improving the customer experience and internal processes
-Maintain accurate customer data (contracts, conditions, specific requirements)
-Prepare credit/debit notes and handle non-conformities
-Ensure follow-up of customer forecasts and collaborate with planning
Your profile:
-University education
-Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar role (customer relations / customer service)
-Languages: French + English (C1)
-Good command of SAP
-Excellent customer orientation
-Organisational skills and priority management
-Interpersonal skills and communication
-Analytical mindset and problem-solving
-Management of complex situations and conflicts
-Business acumen and understanding of logistics processes
