JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIRED PROFILE

- Series changes, chuck and tooling adjustments, dimension fine-tuning, and start-up of Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret CNC Lathes
- Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: cases, backs, bezels in steel, titanium or precious materials.
- Detailed inspections using traditional workshop measuring tools, 3D inspection and optical inspection depending on the parts.
- First-level maintenance.
- Shift work in 2x8 or 3x8 teams
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Training such as Federal VET Diploma in Polymechanics or Federal VET Diploma in Micromechanics, Professional BTEC or Higher National Diploma in Production Engineering
- Previous successful experience in mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
- Basic knowledge of grinding would be an advantage.
- Excellent skills in reading technical drawings.
- Good knowledge in the use of inspection tools including digital measuring instruments.
- Good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions.
- Comfortable with IT tools for production tracking.
- Good eyesight to comply with visual inspections of manufactured parts.
- Team spirit and cohesion.
