- Ensure daily production compliance (quality, quantity, deadlines)
- Follow manufacturing instructions and procedures
- Carry out machine loading and unloading activities
- Perform production monitoring and quality control activities according to defined criteria
- Enter production monitoring data into computer systems.
Desired profile

Training in mechanics, microtechnology or mechatronics.

Experience in microtechnology or watchmaking (an advantage).

A strong taste for precision, meticulousness and quality.

Team spirit, autonomy and technical curiosity.
- Excellent rigour in following and respecting procedures
- Person with good concentration ability and analytical mind
- Motivated, autonomous and dynamic person
- Excellent communication, ability to integrate and engage in dialogue within a team
