With an annual production capacity of over one million tonnes of cement, Juracime S.A. (Cornaux NE), together with Jura-Cement-Fabriken AG (Wildegg, AG), represents the second largest cement producer in Switzerland. Under the name JURA CEMENT, it is part of the JURA Materials group, which belongs to the international building materials group CRH. - Ensure the operational management of all manufacturing facilities in the most efficient way possible, while respecting quality assurance requirements and minimising environmental impact
- Continuously optimise and monitor production lines
- Implement and enforce all occupational safety and health protection regulations
- Guarantee the availability of facilities and resources through optimal planning
- Provide organisational and professional leadership of subordinate teams in the areas of production, production facilities, shipping, infrastructure maintenance, and production planning
- Coordinate and report with production
- Assume responsibility for costs, expenses, and budgeting
- Participate in various improvement and development projects
- Promote and train employees
How to get involved with us
Professional profile
- University degree in Sciences or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in industry and personnel management
- Operational experience
- Several years of experience in personnel leadership
- Several years of experience in project leadership and/or management
- Fluency in French, strong knowledge of German and English.
- MS Office/SAP: very good knowledge
- Leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Ability for interconnected and interdisciplinary thinking
- Strong sense of planning and organisation
- Ability to analyse quickly and make decisions
- Strong assertiveness
- High resilience and mental flexibility
