Digital Specialist at %The Lung League is a non-profit organization active in the health sector on a national scale. In Switzerland, 15 regional lung leagues advise people with lung or respiratory tract diseases to enable them to live as autonomously as possible and without symptoms. The Swiss Lung League, the umbrella organization, employs 30 people in Köniz, coordinates the activities of the leagues, and is committed to health promotion and prevention. You will be responsible for leading the online presence of the Lung League.Missions:- Update, development, and maintenance of the website in terms of content (DE, FR, IT) in the CMS as well as its structure, in collaboration with the external agency- Responsible for the management of social networks in collaboration with the services- Implementation and monitoring of social network content as well as community management- Implementation of advertisements and campaigns on social networks as well as monitoring/development of Google Ad Grants- Management of the bimonthly newsletter- Contact person for cantonal lung leagues for content and technical questions in the field of digital communication and the websiteYour profile:- Ideally completed by continuous training in digital marketing and knowledge of current trends- Dynamic personality, demonstrating initiative and capable of carrying out projects autonomously- Solution-oriented- In-depth knowledge of CMS, ideally Drupal- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ad Grants, advertisements and campaigns on social networks, as well as an affinity for digital tools- Writing skills and ability to express oneself in a way adapted to the target audience- German or French language with very good knowledge (level B2) of the other language- Interest in health and policy issuesPerspectives:- A meaningful activity in a non-profit organization within a dynamic and motivated team.
