What you will achieve

• During the absence of the managing director, you take on responsibility
• Implementation of the defined strategy, standards and guidelines
• The entire operational business, from staff management to financial responsibility
• Representation of the business externally, including local marketing

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Hotel/Tourism vocational school with federal diploma or a successfully completed basic education with federal certificate of competence and higher professional examination in the gastronomy sector, G1-G3
• Professional experience: Leadership experience in gastronomy
• Very good MS Office skills
• A passion for the host role. Service to guests is central to you, you implement this service mindset uncompromisingly and are a role model.
