As part of the further development of its activities, Centre Patronal has integrated the company Trianon AG in the area of pension fund administration and human resources management.

To manage strategic mandates and to strengthen the visibility and positioning of Trianon and Centre Patronal in the occupational pension market in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Your Impact

In this strategic role with direct influence on our development in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, you will be responsible for key mandates and manage a portfolio of significant clients.

You will take on the strategic and operational leadership of pension funds and actively contribute to the growth and positioning of Trianon and Centre Patronal.

Your Main Tasks

• Building and further developing a demanding key account portfolio
• Managing governance and the holistic leadership of pension funds
• Advising decision-makers at the highest level (board members, authorities, experts)
• Actively shaping market development and commercial strategy
• Leading projects and coordinating cross-departmental teams

Your Profile

• University degree in law or actuarial science, or certified pension fund manager or an equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years of experience in occupational pensions
• Established and recognised personality in the occupational pension market of the German-speaking part of Switzerland with a strong network
• Native German speaker, very good English skills (C1), French is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and strategic thinking skills
