You optimize the resources of your sector and develop commercial activities, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.Your main responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of 30 employees with the help of sector managers.- Ensure optimal distribution of resources (schedule management) according to customer flow.- Develop and implement long-term action plans.- Provide a warm welcome and professional service to your customers.- Manage goods flows, from arrival to sale.- Supervise inventories, control waste, and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.- Energize the department with relevant commercial actions.Profile sought:- Field manager with confirmed experience in managing teams of more than 10 people.- Notable experience in commerce and sales involving large volumes.
