Debt Collection Specialist (80% - 100%) - Permanent Contract
Salary scale: 4 (this scale applies to validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

What you bring to our mission
Ensure optimal management of debtor files (asylum and non-asylum) to support the financial health of the institution and strengthen equitable treatment.

Your key responsibilities
You identify beneficiaries in debt situations and document each file rigorously.
You analyse situations and implement the most appropriate recovery actions.
You monitor periodic invoicing and enter accounting entries related to debtors.
You prepare financial analyses on processed files to inform management decisions.
You collaborate with internal and external partners (services, institutions, etc.) by informing them or seeking their support.
You respond to debtor-related requests with clarity, professionalism and relational skills.
Your profile
You hold a Federal VET Diploma in Commercial Business, complemented by training in accounting and/or finance.
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a debt collection department, with good command of recovery tools.
You are comfortable with accounting applications and common office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
You have good language skills, especially in English, and can adapt to a multicultural environment.
You have a strong interest in migration and its associated social issues.
You demonstrate analytical skills, rigour, discretion and know how to work in a team, while respecting procedures and maintaining clear and professional communication.

The recruitment process in 3 steps:
