Your main mission: to guarantee the reliability of payments to our beneficiaries by ensuring the integrity of data and settlements, while structuring efficient and sustainable processes in the service of the beneficiaries. The management style I defend is based on listening, mutual respect, and a spirit of conviviality.Your key missions- Management and supervision of the unit's team activities- Guarantee of accuracy in the collection and entry of beneficiary data- Ensuring the application of and compliance with standards and equal treatment of beneficiaries in terms of assistance- Implementation, monitoring, and optimization of processes related to data and settlements- Analysis of business needs and proposal of adapted solutions- Active contribution to the evolution of tools and processes in connection with human resources and budgetary systems- Collaboration with various internal and external partners- Under the supervision of the domain manager, contribution to certain side projectsYour profile- Federal VET Diploma in commerce (or equivalent qualification), supplemented by a certifying training in management- Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in a similar environment, including several years of team management experience- Good knowledge of the field of social assistance and social insurance- Excellent command of data management tools and systems- Ability to structure, formalize, and optimize processes- Open, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset- Ability to understand global issues and question practices in a constructive spirit- Ease and ability to collaborate with varied interlocutors- Interest in the field of social actionWhat EVAM offers- A committed work environment- A teleworking policy- 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50)- Very good social benefits- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural contextThe recruitment process in 2 steps:1.
